Barely used, quit working! : Headrest 7" LCD Car Monitors with Region Free DVD player USB SD Inc. Wireless Headhones and 32 Bit Games (Gray, Pair)
We purchased two headrests for my husbands vehicle this past summer, which is used rarely for the children (2 and 4). Therefore, they were used on less than a dozen occasions. One headrest quit working (still has sound, no picture). We tried any and all troubleshooting solutions to no avail. We also contacted the seller for help, and cannot get an response.
This is not an expensive set of players. However, we expected more use for our money. Come on guys, where's the customer service?
