Not bad for the price : Pyle PLDN74BTI 7-Inch Double-DIN TFT Touchscreen DVD/VCD/CD/MP3/MP4/CD-R/USB/SD-MMC Card Slot/AM/FM/iPod Connector and Bluetooth
The LCD screen is pretty dim, but it's okay quality outside of any sunlight. The Bluetooth works surprisingly well. I paired my Nexus One to it and was streaming Pandora in under a min, and it pairs every time I get in range. The DVD works well also. If you have a Ford, you "will" need an antenna adapter. The research I did said you wouldn't, but... For under $200.00 you really can't beat it, so that's why I'm not complaining; however, I would have given it four stars if the screen wasn't so dim. I'm hoping I just didn't hook up the dimmer wire properly or something, so I'm going to have a professional take a look at it when I go pick up my antenna adapter just to make sure.

Worth every penny : Boss BV9155B In-Dash Double-DIN 4.5" DVD/MP3/CD Widescreen Receiver with USB, SD Card, Bluetooth and Front Panel AUX Input (Detachable Front Panel)
I bought this product even though there were few reviews available online. I was actually not looking for a DVD player, but this was the cheapest double-DIN receiver I could find with Bluetooth. All the other features work as advertised. I have used everything short of a USB drive and streaming media from my phone (due to my phone not supporting that feature.) I have a 4 GB SD card that I have used on several occasions and it works just like it says. While I love the receiver, there are a few things you should know ahead of time, and I will list a couple of tricks that may make it more enjoyable. First off, it takes a while to load up a CD (or the SD card). When the CD is playing, the BOSS splash screen is up and all that you see is the track number and the elapsed time for that track. No clock, etc. When the SD card is playing, you get a screen that shows the directory on the left, and the files in the currently selected folder on the right. The font is kind of small, so keep your reading glasses handy if you don't have 20/20. I have begun to use the IR remote more than I though I would - some of the features are quicker to make happen on the remote than on the limited buttons on the receiver. Now for a couple of tricks: 1. When you insert a disc (CD or DVD), a message comes up on a blue screen that tells you to not watch a movie with the car in motion. If you hook up the "Parking Brake" wire to a ground, you won't see that message - and the side benefit is that you can now watch a DVD regardless of whether the car is moving or not. 2. I installed a back-up camera and wired it to the reverse light. Sure enough, when you put the car in reverse the camera automatically comes up. However, you can't adjust the audio of whatever you were listening to before you went in reverse. Typically that is how long the CD takes to load, and if the volume was loud you can't turn it down until you are out of reverse. The power output is great and an AMP is not needed unless you are running a SUB. I have a BOSS 8" powered AMP connected to this with some nice Polk Audio component speakers and the transformation of my vehicle is amazing. The DVD display is very nice, although I haven't used it since my initial test - I don't recommend driving down the road with a movie playing. All in all this was a great purchase. My only other gripe is that I had to re-engineer the mounting process for my vehicle. Also, the plastic bezel wouldn't fit either due to the size of the opening in my console. So if you own a 2003 Nissan Frontier, be prepared for those gotchas. I would recommend this to anyone looking for an inexpensive upgrade to their factory stereo!

Think twice before buying this product! : Boss BV9996B In-Dash 7-Inch DVD/MP3/CD Widescreen Receiver with USB, SD Card, Bluetooth and Front Panel AUX Input (Detachable Front Panel)
I bought this stereo DVD player with the upmost of optimism.Being cheaper isn't always better when it comes to car electronics believe me.This stereo is proof.I had it installed professionally at best **** .The stereo does look nice and feel solid.Forget seeing the spectrum dancing display during the day.At night though everything looks beautiful.The LCD screen is nice too.The sound out of it sounded good through my Rockfords.Not so great through my sub.Sounded a little muffled at times.It only has one mono sub output line.I paid extra for a Y adapter for my sub.Now the bluetooth worked awesome with my motorola Trac-fone.The stereo would mute when I answered and the other person would here you through the provided microphone and you would hear them through your car speakers.It was clear on both ends.Now the downfall was some other things.One thing was I when you preset your radio stations and go to pick one of those preset stations afterwards the radio goes directly to that station......for about ten seconds then goes back to your original station.Another annoying thing is when your listening to a CD about fifteen minutes into the CD the stereo stops playing the Cd and on its own switches back to the radio.Then one minute later the CD will come back on but not where it left off.And the final straw was when it wouldn't read my Ipod at all.So I had it professionally uninstalled and sent it back.In this sorry case I guess you can say you get what you pay for!

I was excited to receive the item. It looked great, and according to the Amazon web link I expected to have it installed in no time. Took it to professional install and ended up having to buy more adapters that Amazon did not tell me about. It did not properly fit--claimed to be double din, but actually single din. Screen bumps into/interferes with Auto Stick shift. Had to have it removed and re-install factory items. Extremely dissappointed.
